While the stone manufacturer covers the slab, Galaxy Granite covers the craft. We understand that a countertop is only as good as its installation. That is why every project we install in Calgary and the surrounding areas comes with a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty.
This warranty ensures that our fabrication and installation standards meet the highest industry benchmarks. If an issue arises due to our labor or craftsmanship within the first year, we will repair it at no cost to you.
What Is Covered
Our warranty specifically covers the integrity of the installation and fabrication:

Seam Performance: We guarantee that seams will not separate, crack, or become uneven due to installation error.

Sink Mounting: We guarantee that under-mount sinks adhered by us will not detach or fall.

Dishwasher Anchoring: If we install the dishwasher mounting bracket, we guarantee it will remain secure.

Fabrication Accuracy: We guarantee the edge profiles and cutouts match the agreed-upon specifications and template.
What Is Excluded
This warranty covers our work, not external factors or the natural properties of the stone.

House Settling: If your cabinets, floor, or walls shift/settle causing seams to pop or stone to crack, this is structural and not an installation defect.

Plumbing & Electrical: We are stone experts, not plumbers or electricians. Leaks from faucet connections or drains are not covered.

Natural Characteristics: Fissures (natural hairline cracks inside the stone), pitting, and veining variations are part of the stone's beauty and are not defects.

Damage from Use: Chips caused by impact (dropping pots), scratches, or staining from misuse are not covered under workmanship.
